I find that there is a strong smell of urine. It was not like that years ago. I don’t know if it has happened over time?
Also, retuning collars when picking up. A lot of times we have to go back and pick it up after we have already left. We try to remember to ask now.

The kindness the staff show toward the dogs is second to none. My dog loves going and I trust the team who watches him.
The manager and canine coaches are great with Toby. He loved coming and playing with other dogs and I know that he is in great hands.
