Kevin really cares about the dogs and is committed to ensuring that they get the best care. Our dog is really happy there and we like that Dogtopia keeps its numbers low to ensure that there aren’t too many dogs in one space.
The service is great. The employees are friendly and professional. The website and app are very convienent.
Dogtopia of New Orleans has always been so responsive to all my dog’s needs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with the Dogtopia staff because I know she will be looked after. It’s a nice feeling knowing that the staff does truly care about the dogs’ wellbeing.
I like the better ratio of humans-to-dogs in the play rooms, and the limit on how many dogs are in one group at a time. I also like the “nap time” that lets everyone decompress for a bit!
When I leave my pups with the staff at Dogtopia, I have no doubt that there needs are met and well taken care of. I rarely look at the camera to see how they are because I know they are fine.
The pups get a lot of social time together. My pup is thoroughly exhausted and happy after a play date or boarding. He practically rips my arm out of socket to go into Dogtopia.
There is a very strong acrid odor in the building and I can smell it on my dog. It’s horrible.
Always accommodating and making sure my two big boys are comfortable especially during break times. Zeus and Apollo look forward to going to daycare and the staff happily greets them every time we arrive. I feel like they are always in good hands.
My pup loves going to daycare at Dogtopia! The staff is very friendly and knows him by name. He play with all of his friends in a safe environment. We also use Dogtopia for occasional boarding, and he always comes home safe and happy. Definitely recommend Dogtopia!
All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming to me and my pups. Our pups are like our babies so it really means a lot. The special touches on our pups first day, a picture and report card, made us feel like we were not just one of the pack but a valued member.
