I like that you do meet and greet before taking dogs in. I was also impressed with the cameras and that we could see where our pup was going. The staff provided updates and photos even though he was only there a few hours.
Convenience. Very friendly team
The staff takes great care of my dog. She has lots of fears with people, places, and noises, but never when she’s there – she loves them and she feels safe. Due to chronic illness, life is more challenging for her. I’m so grateful to everyone at Dogtopia for making her happy.
If I had 3 wishes, she would be outside more, the cameras would work consistently so I can see her, and she would have a dog friend to interact with. None of these wishes impact my complete faith in and satisfaction with Dogtopia.

I love Dogtopia of New Orleans! Everyone has gotten to know me and my dog quickly, and my dog loves NOTHING more than spending the day with these friends. Lucy Anna loves the people and the dogs equally. They always have a fun activity in addition to open play, and I’ve incorporated “nap time” in my home routine too. My dog is young, still learning, and fill of energy – Dogtopia gives her lots of socialization, attention, and exercise.
Kevin is amazing. All of the workers appear to have great attitudes and try to make the pet owners’ experience positive. The facility is a clean as can be expected. When issues have arisen, we have been informed rapidly.
Again, Kevin is an amazing manager and a huge benefit to your organization.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Not only do they great you with a smile, they remember all of the dog owners and the names of their pet! After the initial visit I never have to tell them which day is mine. I did not give them a ten out of “it’s too soon for perfection” but they are getting close. I’ve only used them for a week!!!
I love how they are so personable and they love having my dog! Everyone is very friendly and my dog is always happy to go.
The staff is so welcoming and takes Mocha in with open arms.
