The friendly staff
The staff all know who you are and who your dogs are. They call them by name when we walk in and take such good care of them whether they are there for the day, a night or a week.
Not only do the staff recognize my dogs when I drop them off for boarding (this is surprising because they don’t come in often) but they are also excited to see them. The staff is exceptional and deserve recognition for they effort they put in to take care of the dogs in their care.
I believe that my 3 dogs are at their home away from home. The staff are extraordinary in their care for my dogs and when I pick them up after being boarded for a week they seem like they’ve been happy and well cared for.
My dog loves it there! I can tell from when I drop him off and he recognizes the building, as well as when I pick him up and he doesn’t want to leave – that’s all I need to know!! Love from Raspberry!
