Good morning. We took our senior Golden Retreiver to Dogtopia on Wednesday this week and they did a great job in grooming her. She is not able to stand for long periods and they provided the additonal assistance and a rest period.

We are very pleased with the results and will take her back for next grooming.

Banana and nala are always excited to go to daycare ! They always come home happy and ready to nap after playing with their friends all day ! The staff are always welcoming and you can really tell the dogs love them and they love the dogs, amazing environment for both dogs and their owners !

Is floor sanitized daily? Is it necessary to put dogs in crates so far from closing? (90 minutes)

Piper has only been twice so far. I am pleased with the ease it is to bring him in and the relaxed time table The staff certainly get to know the dogs and the owners. We will continue to “ drop in” around our time table so Piper can get. comfortable with everyone! Use first name only in publication

There is something special about this place. From the moment we pull into the parking lot, my pup is filled with excitement and joy! He will literally run to the door, and down the walkway as he gives the first employee he see a big hug. From there, he knows his way around, and its off to the door to meet his other pup friends. Never once looking back to say “goodbye” or “have a nice day”.

The attentiveness of the trainers in the room gives me confidence that my dog will be safe while she’s there. I know there can’t be guarantees about this, but all they do for my 10&1/2 pounder works for me. At the same time, they dont let her get away with her small terrier, sometimes big attitude. She has come a long way from the wee doggie who hid behind some big dog for part of her visit back n 2018.
In case there’s no ‘what don’t I like part’ here’s my answer to that. The new way Dogtopia is stopping the package of 10 visits and such will not work for me. In my opinion, it’s just a new way to get more money, that I don’t have. As it is, I ask my family to chip in money for my dog visits to Dogtopia on my birthday gifts and such so I can afford Dogtopia. I know that is my concern, not Dogtopia’s, but as I’m sure I am not the only one stretching my money to get their dog there, it will in the end, be Dogtopia’s issue.
Plus, I am retired and I not only don’t have a set schedule when I drop my dog off, but I hardly ever drop her off because I am busy elsewhere. In the five years of her going to Dogtopia, there have probably been only five times when it was needed because I needed a dog sitter. She is there only because it is good for her socially and I am usually sitting nearby viewing her progress while sipping on a coffee. With the old package of ten visits, not only was it a bit more affordable, but it was also more valuable because it was more usable for me.

The groomers there are awesome. I have the most difficult 90 pound golden doodle who doesn’t like to be trimmed around his face, his feet, his backside tail area and he comes out looking so handsome every time my hats off to them for their patience. He is not an easy dog should groom, thank you guys for making Harley look like Harley

Maybe include daily walks so canine can release bowel or bladder on turf that they are use to.. outdoor space.

Everything!! Our dog Gibby absolutely loves it there. He gets to romp and play with his friends and enjoy social time. The coaches are fantastic. They’re patient and understanding that not all dogs are perfect. They not only care for the dogs but teach/train them as well. They also correct where necessary. The coaches truly want to set the dogs up for success. Gibby comes home exhausted and happy. I know he’s in the best hands while he’s there. When we boarded him they took extra care with his anxiety and made sure that he was as comfortable and happy as he can be. I can’t say enough good things about Newmarket Dogtopia!
