Since we first started bringing our dogs, we have been treated like family. They know our dogs so well and it is so obvious that the staff enjoy spending time with them. We’ve used a lot of boarding kennels for our family pets in the past and honestly none compare to Dogtopia. I never feel guilty about taking a trip and needing to leave the dogs there because I know how well cared for they are and my dogs clearly enjoy going.

Only thought would be to have more teammates available in the morning when everyone is dropping off their doggos

Bones was well taken care of and shown so much love! It was obvious that everyone who worked at Dogtopia cared about him.

The staff are very polite and friendly to humans and canines. I can see how much they care about the well-being of their four-footed guests.

I like that I receive specific feedback about how Lily is doing, whenever I call to check on her. I like knowing that all the dogs are discussed at a daily meeting, and the staff seems to genuinely care. Taylor is especially responsive, and seems to really be good at her job!
