I like how organized and structured you are–the rules about pick up and drop off, the morning meetings you have about the dogs, the way (most of the time) whoever answers the phone can give me specific details about how Lily is doing. Taylor is always very knowledgeable and helpful! I enjoy the webcam, and like the way the larger dogs are in a different gym than the small ones.
I love how easy it is to get an appointment and I love how my pup runs in with a wagging tail!!
Drop off/pick up times 7 days a week is great. My dog is always happy to come there and hang out for the day. I think she’s sad to leave.
The wait time is sometimes lengthy to drop dogs off- would be great to have more hands on deck when 4 or 5 people are waiting to drop off dogs.
Very pleased with customer service and staff overall!
Knowing that I always have a place for my dog to go if I need to travel. That she will be up and moving most of the day vs sleeping on a couch all day.
