Improve billing. Too many errors and overcharging. I’ve had to correct these mistakes multiple times.
Loveliest people who work there. They take such great care of the dogs and are understanding when something happens.
My dog loves dogtopia. The staff is superfriendly. The play area is always clean and well supervised. They have tons of special events to keep the dogs entertained. I know my dog is safe and well cared for when she is there.

I also like that the staff are on top of vaccinations and ping me when a shot is expiring. I’m pretty on top of that, but I like knowing that Dogtopia is monitoring this for all of their customers. This keeps us all safer. .
The staff was so welcoming and thorough in Hank’s first assessment. I felt very comfortable with my dog in their care and Hank felt his day at Dogtopia Port Chester happy and tired from so much playtime.
