The staff is very friendly and flexible. My dog comes home cheerful but very tired which means to me that he got a lot of stimulation. My food instructions are followed. When I pick him up from day care or boarding he smells good. The last time I took him for boarding he got a bath and the staff did an excellent job.
very easy to book on the app. quick pickup/dropoff. webcams available. super friendly staff that seems to genuinely love dogs. bath available before pickup. dog was ready when we got there. allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our dog was in good hands.
The staff is extremly sweet and loving to Lola and very attentive, Lola loves Dogtopia so much , she plays and has the best time with all her friends there .

They treated and cared for my dog as if it was their own!
Should employ more people. Second, interact not only with the big dog but the toy box puppies. I watch and the big dogs get most if not all the attention.
It would be nice to get a report of the day’s activity, including food absorption.
Other than that, the stuff you have are great. They show tender care when receiving departure of my dog.
Question: Cameras go off for 2 hours now not hour and a half?
