Everyone is so nice and caring. I trust leaving my dog here.
Friendly staff. Super clean facilities. Transparency- doggie cams for parents to check on pets. Making sure dogs are compatible and everyone is safe and having fun or resting!
The staff is amazing. They love the dogs and care for them very much!! They’re very flexible if I need to board Callie at the last minute.
Once I drop her off in the morning, I don’t worry about her at all.
At DogTopia in Port Chester, NY they really pay attention to each dog and each dog’s behavior, health condition etc. I have an old dog who we boarded for 2 weeks in the summer and upon picking her up realized that she was slightly limping – since she’s old she starts limping after a long walk or play time. 6.5 months later (last week) we boarded her again for 5 days, and at drop off the young attendant told me that she remembered that my dog slightly limped towards the end of her stay last time (6.5 months ago!), asked me if her limping is due to old age, and if I would like her to give my dog rest breaks throughout the day to prevent limping – before I could request the same. I couldn’t believe that they are so caring, careful, and proactive, and really take notes during the dog’s stay there. Needless to say this time at pick up my old girl was not limping.
The place is always clean, smells wonderful, the attendants are always smiling and attentive. I just wish that I knew about DogTopia before. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful place to any caring dog owner.
