Have handlers more interactive with all dogs. Dogs should return to owners clean and not smelling like urine. If they were dropped off clean they shouldn’t be picked up smelling like urine.
When there are fun events on the calendar, such as when the staff takes cute pictures for different holidays etc, maybe those could be items that aren’t charged? It feels like everything that is extra is also an added cost, but getting pictures of our dogs on fun event days is such a nice way to connect us to the company and this specific Dogtopia location.
