I was welcomed from the moment I opened the door to drop off my pup. When I came to pick him up I was greeted with information on how my dog was doing.
Hi- the port chester crew works really hard to be communicative. They seem to enjoy the dogs and pay close attention. I really like the hours, constant supervision, and ease of scheduling, and really appreciate how hard this crew works.
I would like to see the dogs in the outdoor enclosure on nice days, less full rooms, and options for unneutered/unspayed dogs as the veterinary guidance on timing for procedures has shifted later and doesn’t line up with your policy.
