From the time we walked in, we knew we were in the right place. The employees are obviously dog lovers. We have a 5 month old Pomeranian. They immediately scooped him up and showed him a lot of love. While he was there, we were able to see him whenever we looked at the Webcam. The whole ti.e he was playing and definitely was having a good time. When we picked him up, there was a couple who came to check the place out to see if they could bring their dog. We told them they were inthe right place. I would recommend them highly. We will definitely bring our dog back.

Convenient and professional
My dog and my family have thoroughly enjoyed Dogtopia of Portchester. From the moment we entered the facility, even before our puppy arrived, we were invited to tour and felt a sense of warmth and safety for our new family member. All staff members have treated us as if our dog is their favorite (we know all the dogs are your favs 🙂 It really feels like a kids day care, full of life and activities. Our dog really enjoys going. One of the best features was that we could check in on the webcams from time to time and make appts online/app as we love technology. Apparently, a new system was implemented, and since then, the account has not been able to be used. That portion of our experience has been disappointing, but we are sure it will be resolved. Thank you Dogtopia Portchester for making the experience of owning our first dog even better! We appreciate you all! Wonderful place!
