You truly care about the dogs as if they were your own

The Port Chester Dogtopia team has been amazing to my pup, and to me!
My dog is nervous in new places and around new people and they were very patient and generous with letting him warm up. Now, he excitedly goes to daycare and also enjoys his occasional boarding stays. We are so grateful for all the love and kindness they show to Gryff every day!

My dog gets socialization in a safe environment. Also in the past he came home smelling like urine but that didn’t happen this last time (which is great of course) so it seems the place is being kept cleaner than before.

staff is EXTRA-ORDINARY … facility is clean … there are always events for the pups to take part in and I LOVE THE WEBCAM

Ability to check in via camera when they’re working which they always freeze. Ease of dropping off and picking up, friendliness of the staff. Professionalism of the facility

I’ve been bring my dog to Dogtopia of port Chester for a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing and clearly love what they do and really seem to know their stuff when it comes to dogs. My pup always comes home tired and happy which is a good sign that he had a good time! One of my favorite things is that they have cameras so I can check on him during the day. It’s really reassuring, especially in the beginning. You can just tell the whole place has a good vibe, and the people there genuinely care about the dogs. Highly recommended!

I love the webcams, phone calls if there’s an issue, the ability for your dog to take their things from home, and the condition of my 15 year old beagle when I picked her up.
