Flexibility of drop off/pick up times
Seems that they care about dogs safety and health
I like their employees😊, the rubberized flooring, and the fun things they do for the pets.
Price is a little high. Maybe balance with more ways to earn/build day care points with spa services or extra points with overnights or occasional double days? Love the hours and the flexibility. A few times I’ve meant to be on hold but was charged so just smoothing little kinks like that. Would love some more updates at the end of the day on how my pup does in the room
The associates are great!!! They are so good to the dogs.
I love that my dog has so much fun when he is there. The employees are kind and very responsive to messages. I do wish they had a plan for Friday-Sunday though.
Cleanliness, they love the puppies, they are communicative and kind and they create so much fun for our baby!
Everything from spa days, water laugh days, photo days, to regular days! This place is AMAZING. my dog loves coming! The staff are wonderful.
Dogtopia has helped my dog with behaviors such as chewing, having accidents, etc. She was initially very shy, but I can tell she loves the staff and is very excited to go to daycare everyday.
Availability to drop off early and pick up late, photo days, spa days.
