We made the dog daycare switch to Dogtopia 6 months ago and are happy with the switch. We like all of the ” dog sitters” and so does our dog. We also like the soft rubber surface and the cameras.
The confidence Ingrid has gained since starting is remarkable. She does so well with other dogs now. Also, she is a lot about not jumping on people, still needs some reminders, but it’s better.
It is a great way for her to get her energy out and also socialize with other dogs. She gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot.
They know my dog when we walk in. He is excited to be there!!!
I love how clean the facility is, and the webcams are awesome. I really like being able to see my dog playing and having fun while he is there.
You have to have more staff to pay attention to the front desk area. It often takes many minutes for someone to come out when I come in the lobby then multiple more minutes to get the dog. Other dogtopia locations staff the front desk so there is always someone there. At times it can be very frustrating.

The evening hours are great for long nights out. Thanks for staying open until 10 pm. The caretakers really love dogs!! I like the cameras. I feel that my dog is in good safe hands. The app is also very handy.
Friendly and love my dog. Grooming is a great add on and they do a wonderful job
The staff is always so friendly and willing to help! I also feel confident in their ability to help my dog feel safe and happy.
