I love your caring and knowledgeable staff! I love how much my dog love it! I love the care and attention he gets! Winston also loves the high energy play, and snacks! We absolutely love it! I know my pup is in good hands. Winston gets excited the second we turn the corner!

the people are very friendly

They treat my dog very well (even though I know he can be a pain)! . I can check in by watching the livestream throughout the day. They’ve allowed me to bring my dog early on RARE occasions that I had an early flight to get to, and they were happy to do so- didn’t act “put out” AT ALL!!!! They are diligent to remove a dog from the group at the first sign of illness! They never hesitate to send me a quick text when they need to communicate with me! I’m very appreciative for the piece of mind I have when Henry is in their care!

Dogtopia is our dog’s favorite place because the staff is so outstanding. They treat her as if she is their own pet and she loves them. She especially enjoys all the special events and activities that are scheduled. We love them because they are so accommodating and helpful. They are animal experts and always have good ideas on how to resolve pet issues, such as dog socialization. Prices are reasonable and we know she’s always safe and happy there. We highly recommend Dogtopia!

Booking online and dropoff are extremely easy! Every now and then I’m asked to fill out all my emergency contact info again, which seems like it could be kept on file, but other than that it is very efficient!

i wish the cameras worked more consistently.

I like the communication among the staff and parent and the meet and greet. Staff is very professional.
