I like the professionalism, friendliness of staff, and reassurance about quality of care/time spent with my pet. I did have one issue—my dog’s ear was by someone causing it to bleed in two places. It is nothing major—I am assuming it came from the black dog who kept trying to ride Duke and play with him during Duke’s visit. I do not think it was anything major—but do hope it will not reoccur.
He seemed quite happy after is visit and we plan to come back soon!
The cleanliness of the facility, the professionalism of the employees and the variety of the activities for the pets.
Dogtopia is a clean and welcoming environment! I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my fur baby. I love being able to log in to check on my pup when I’m away.
Everything! Friendly staff, great haircut for my dog, my pup is always so happy and tired when he gets home.

The only thing that’s unsettling is that you don’t take cash.
With all the hacking going on with large and small companies (AT&T, government), I feel very uncomfortable being forced to use my credit card.
From the moment we came in from the meet and greet, the staff have been super nice and informative. My puppy loves it there and he gets a lot of socialization. I like that they have daily activities or treats to offer the dogs. I enjoy watching the Webcam of what my puppy is doing as well.

The friendly staff that answered my first call, the ease of their app, uploading documents & scheduling. The “meet & greet” was even awesome!
I felt no stress or anxiety when leaving my puppy for the day. I will definitely use them in the near future.
I wish for a Dogtopia location near Myrtle Beach / Pawleys island South Carolina.
