Paradise Valley Village Reviews

The love for our pets !

EVERYTHING.
First of all – my initial contact by phone – a name beginning with Z? – to set up a Meet and Greet was so friendly and welcoming. My in person Meet and Greet (I should say “our”) went great. Devon Bassett is a prize winning welcome! We delighted in watching our dogs Henny and Emmy on the webcam, and knowing how we would feel so secure watching them and knowing they were playing well with others! She comped us the lunch we ordered, and told us to take a couple of hours to get some dog-free stuff done. A blessing. The next day we had a medical appointment 2 hours away, and when we finally got back, 1 hour after the facility closed (I called in advance), we had no difficulty retrieving our pups, happy, healthy, and tired. The night crew was smiling and helpful. We’re kind of old and weaked by age and illness. They made everything so easy for me. We will be returning, for sure. I made a reservation for a full day next week, and will likely drop them off for some interim play dates!

Your staff truly love their doggie customers and do great work.

Everything

Friendly and caring

The staff is wonderful and my dog is very happy and excited to go and be there.

Everybody knows everybody, and they really care about the dogs like they’re their own

I like how friendly the staff its how well they care for Harley and I like that they have both
1/2 days, full days and Saturdays as Harley does day care a few days a week and also
has all of his grooming done at this Dogtopia. They are excellent.

Joey is always welcomed and is at ease entering Dogtopia. That’s always a good start got his stays.
