All the staff are so friendly and helpful and made the start to each of my days positive. Picking my dog up late was never a problem and I was always greeted by a friendly staff person. And everyone seemed to love my dog and took wonderful care of him!!
Everyone was very nice and helpful. It’s very clean. Staff seem to really like their jobs.
The active supervision of the dogs, the meet and greet process and little things like welcoming the dogs by name, the photo report card etc. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Great place for my dog to have socializing opportunities, exercise etc and the daycare options

I find the ladies I spoke to at Dogtopia very helpful and sweet. It was our puppy, Marley, first official visit after her meet & greet last week.
I was told she was a little timid, which surprised me because I have known her to be very socially acclimated at dog parks and at the other Pet Resort she goes to for boarding.
I believe what they told me about Marley gaining acceptance and comfort there, after another couple of tries.

The staff at Paradise Valley Dogtopia were so friendly and helpful. They also were excited to see my dog. It was very sweet to feel like they wanted him there and enjoyed his company.
That feeling of being welcomed was something that made me choose this doggy daycare over others closer to my home.

The ownership of this location is noticeably unique and goes the extra mile with quality , activities for the pups , extremely good communication with pup parents and transparency with cameras in every room.

I like the friendly staff and it a great safe place for my new 9 month old dog to have an active day. The extended time range for drop off and pick up that comes with membership is perfect for my lifestyle. I quickly changed my membership from 2x per week to unlimited. I am also utilizing the training services.
