Friendly staff , good communicators, and very clean

Love the fact that our dog gets an opportunity to interact with other dogs and get out some of that energy. Great ideas for daily events. Ball pit day I would think is our dog’s favorite one. Just make sure that you’re given the right dog when you leave…

I like I can see my pup 🐶 and the staff seems friendly and responsible!

The people were so nice. I have never left my dog at a dog daycare before and I was very comfortable with the atmosphere. We travel a lot and are not from this area but I will use them whenever we are here.

The Staff and the way they treat my service dog, as if he was part of their family.

Thanks for a great day at doggie daycare. Winston loves running around and barking at everyone all day. Sadly S’mores just goes along for the ride. Fat girl would rather sit on the couch at home.

It was awesome from the very beginning. The website was user friendly and very informative.
As a pet parent my homework was done I was only needing my pet’s approvals for a passing grade . Having been at only 1 other doggy day care and noticing how excited she was to jump out of the car and running in to not wanting to get near the car at home and hiding behind me and not wanting to go in was concerning and therefore we had to make a change. Walking in she has her tail between her legs and smelling around – reading the newspaper! We walked in and it smelled clean and fresh the staff was super friendly and comforting making us feel welcomed . Big screens in the lobby where you watch the other pups at play!
Daisy was given her evaluation and I was given a tour. The cleanliness was spread out throughout the facility , they had great big windows , the rooms looked clean and spacious with a staff member present and engaging . The tour was very informative and answered all my questions- finally I got to see Daisy in action! She was a bit shy but engaging and the other pups were inviting and before you know it her tail was up and seemed happy to be there. It melted my heart to see her really enjoy herself in a safe , controlled yet fun environment! Once I picked her up I was given her report card where she got all A’s!! Saw her playing with bubbles , carefree and having fun! I know she has found her second home!! Dogtopia’s transparency gave me peace of mind and That is priceless, it gave Daisy a new second home where she can be her silly self!
Thank you Dogtopia I would definitely recommend this facility to any dog parent looking for awesome people to look after their fur babies !

They were the first daycare service that I went to in the area that didn’t judge my puppy for being excited and wanting to play with all the dogs. The second day my puppy went to daycare he was so excited when we got there that he tried to climb out of the closed window to go inside and see all his friends again.

When I was last there the lobby smelled of urine. Made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the facility.

Very good experience with our hyper pup! They seem very knowledgeable and understanding of how to handle my dog and really all the dogs they care for
