I like the fact that since we have a package with you that we get preferential amenities (late pick up, boarding usually even if we call last minute, etc). The people are always very friendly, Artie seems to enjoy it and the pictures they take of him are absolutely adorable!!! 👍
It’s easy to make appointments online. The staff is friendly and professional. I like the webcams that allow you to check in on your pups during the day. Most importantly they care about your pet.
