Make the wait times at pick up and drop off no more than 5 minutes. Offer information about our dogs day. Our puppy is still jumping on people help us reinforce our no jumping rule.
Steph’s patience and understanding during the Meet and Greet process was a massive relief. Sylvia’s first day photo is everything I could have asked for and some. So thankful for the staff across the board for welcoming Laidback Luke on his first day

Commitment to cleanliness, even BEFORE the pandemic. Plenty of staff. Webcams. Several rooms to deal with different dogs and their different needs. Offers daycare, spa, and boarding. Never had a bad interaction with any staff person. Helps me take care of my dog better by giving her outlet for energy a couple days a week.
Dogtopia has it nailed – from their dropoff and pickup to their video doggy play rooms and easy scheduling. Huckleberry loves her time playing and staying.
