Consider other pricing options, it has continued to get more and more expensive since we started coming there and it feels like as we pay more we also lose flexibility within our plans.
We love Dogtopia of Redmond.
Our dog, Rocket, has been here since we got him as a 4 month old puppy. They have helped him grow tremendously. Rocket was always fearfully shy and they really helped him come out of his shell.
They’ve also gone out of their way to ensure he is happy and healthy. As a pup, he would only eat food if it had been sprinkled with a bit of water and microwaved, and they always did that with his lunch. They also took the time to help him get comfortable with baths, teeth brushing and nail trims. They were even concerned about him when he was “feeling blue” and checked in with us about it.
The people here really do care for the dogs they have.
Curbside pick up through the app is unreliable. I often hear staff say ~”it’s acting wonky” when they’re surprised I’m there for pick up. Can we add a doorbell to the garage door?

This is just not your business model, but I wish the dogs had outdoor time. I have a hard time explaining and supporting why 100% indoors is better, especially for boarding. I can see how it eliminates complexity and uncertainty from the process for dogtopia.
The app is only ok – my appointments aren’t always showing up for instance so o can’t quickly look and be reminded what I set up.
People who love on my dog and accept her anxiety. A place for her to play while I’m at work.
Web cams to be able to check-in on our pup throughout the day, structured nap + lunch time, very friendly and helpful customer service all the time
