The staff and owner of Dogtopia are great. They all know my dog’s name and greet him with joy when he arrives for daycare. I love that I can watch him play on the webcam and see that he is enjoying himself. It is comforting for me to know that my dog is in a safe and clean environment and is being well taken care of.
My puppy has been going there for a couple months and they are just absolutely amazing! They have so much patience, are very professional and comforting that your pup is in good hands!
I love that they have the cameras and we can peep and watch how much fun he’s having!
I love the friendliness of the staff and how they take such good care of my pup. I see them on the webcam giving cuddles and petting my puppy and that gives me great satisfaction that my dog is happy and in a safe environment. My pet did overnight boarding a few nights ago and came back really happy. That was a big relief for me. I see them cleaning up after the dogs and ensuring the rooms are left in a good state which is very pleasing.
They are always available on the phone to deal with any queries and although they have some teething problems with billing that I have needed to sort out, I am confident that they are addressing the issues in a timely manner and working through this in a professional way.
