Friendly staff. Clean. Happy dog!

Dogtopia is excellent. My dog loves to go there. The staff ensure he is placed in an appropriate room. The facility is always clean. The staff are very professional and caring.

Everyone is always friendly. Can always get my dog in. Sometimes, I’d like more info about how her days are going. Like when I went to pick her up last time, she was in a kennel for some reason. But nobody said it was cause of anything she did or why she was in there. That kind of thing. If it was something serious though, I’m sure they’d have told me.

The staff are incredibly welcoming. My dog is always excited to get to daycare in the mornings and the staff is great about hearing what he has to say and welcoming him into the play room.

The staff has been great about working with us to make sure that my dog is given all the opportunities to have a safe and effective play environment. I love the different event days that they have had at daycare to introduce my dog to different things we might not have at home.

I like that they are open to discussion when we have concerns, I also like that they contact me when Molly gets a time out to let me know what happened. I like that I can see how her day is going on the camera. The only thing that I don’t care for is that some of the staff will pet the dogs and show the affection like that and other staff seem to just completely ignore them
and give them no affection. Dogs are like children and thrive off of that so I think they would respond well if they took a few moments through the day and just face the dogs a little pet on the back, Pat on the head, something. Some of the staff do that but not many at all.

We really appreciate being greeted upon entering the building. The staff is always friendly and kind. They kindly lead our 2 dogs to the rooms for their day of fun. We love the themed days, photo opportunities, dress up, special treat days and dog games they provide that stimulating the dogs.

The employees take a real interest in your pet.

Murphy’s home away from home where he gets tonnes of attention, brain stimulation and has so much fun! All of which help our boy live a more balanced life therefore decreasing undesired behaviours at home. In our home Murphy is loved and cared for as one of our children, so saying that we trust the Dogtopia staff with him whole heartedly says it all.

Very tematice and observant of the dogs. Lots of fun events for them, good reinforcement of training and good behaviors
