Friendly customer service, my dogs get excited to come and come home exhausted.
#1. The Staff. Everyone of them are positive. They seem to like their jobs. They treat the dogs with care and love. #2. The activities. The staff has interaction with the dogs. Throwing a ball. Picking them up and petting them. #3. The place is clean. You walk in and it smells fresh. Not perfuming. Not Pinesol. Not bleach. #4 Camera’s so you can visit your pet.
And most of all. Bear can’t wait to get there. He loves it. He shakes all over with excitement when we turn the corner. He never looks back at us, it’s let me back there so I can be with my friends. Over all #1 in our books.
The staff is always helpful and friendly and our dog is well taken care of.

The remarkable changes I’ve seen in my dog, the staff at the Shire/Cityline location and the socialization my dog gets. Dogtopia does what I can’t do for my pup during the day. It’s a real school for dogs and not just pet sitting. The body spray are a wonderful smell and my pup loves it. The grooming service is convenient and my pup loves the groomer. When you walk in the door, you’re greeted professionally with a smile every time and you know that the staff there loves your dog. Dogtopia has set and mastered the bar of excellence with their brand. No other dog daycare facility is like Dogtopia. It’s the canine utopia bottled and served with a smile and it shows through our dogs.
