They associate are super friendly. I was having problem with my debit card and for two days the young lady and I we tried on the phone, I can’t remember her name was very patient and I went to the office and I pay my dog boarding.
The staff at the Short Pump location is phenomenal. They always make us feel like our puppy is being looked after and receiving the proper care. Our dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia and we know she loves the staff because we’ve seen many of them at dog friendly events around town and she always gets so excited to see them. The peace of mind that comes from the webcam cannot be overstated; we love being able to check in and watch her play!
