Short Pump Reviews
3601 Cox Rd, Richmond, Virginia 23233
Very clean, well maintained facility. Staff are consistently courteous and professional, answer questions in a helpful, responsive way. They also genuinely love the dogs in their care. The Innsbruck location has very capable and knowledgeable managers, which we also appreciate.
The staff and how much my dog (Charlie E.) likes it there!

Friendly to people and kind to my dog
friendly staff. My dog is happy when I pick her up and when she returns
Everyone on staff is so amazing!!
The cameras especially for the toy box could function better. Toy box is over crowded. Staff engage with the dogs more, without added fees.
Staff is great. Seemingly invested in their jobs. Seem to reslky love the dogs! Convenient hours
We like everything about your services. The people who work there are all very friendly and professional. Riley is always very excited to get there, and clearly it’s her Happy Place. We so appreciate all that you do, and we know our girl is safe and well cared for when she’s there.
