The employees know my dog. My dog is excited to get through that door each morning. I can get her bathed during my work day. And she can stay overnight in a place she is familiar with.

The Staff and the cleanliness of the facility
When I come to pick my ladies up, the staff at the desk knows every customer and their dog by name. I’m impressed by how closely they pay attention to each customer! They even knew my dogs’ names after the 3rd visit. My ladies come home tired and that’s all i ask for. Mission accomplished!
The staff is very courteous and professional, plus they genuinely love dogs! The facility is clean and well-maintained. Anytime I have a question, the manager, Jada, is very prompt and responsive.
Our dog, Rose, is quite happy here and has made some fun canine friends. So, we are very pleased with Dogtopia of Short Pump!
