Short Pump Reviews
3601 Cox Rd, Richmond, Virginia 23233
Everyone is extremely nice, the facility is clean, and the dogs love they’re play days.
Staff are on top of everything–well trained
The staff truly care for the dogs and their humans.
Dogtopia has been great! My dog loves it there! She is very high energy, so I send her on the days that my partner and I both work long shifts. She is always excited to arrive at Dogtopia, and greets the employees happily.
I am so glad to know that she is safe, supervised, and socializing with other dogs and people, while I am at work for 12 hours. And she comes home ready to snuggle and sleep 🙂
Friendly and attentive staff
Friendly staff and happy doggie!

Staff is very caring and friendly
Employees know my dog by name, her friends, and are always excited to see her. She loves coming in and playing, then is wiped out and happy when she comes home. Easy to book!
Staff friendly. Great enrichment activities.
