Short Pump Reviews

Great customer service and our dogs love to visit.

Same as last time, everything. Especially love the great local staff at the short pump location as well as the webcams that let us watch our pup!

We love the caring staff at Dogtopia!!!

Location, friendly staff, spa services

The overall Leadership and Team have treated all my pups like family. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I recommend Dogtopia to everyone.

Absolutely love the staff , my girl is always happy and ready to go play ! Love everyone there

The staff is wonderful. It’s so clear they are a team, work well together, and care deeply for the dogs as they would their own. The kindness and care they show makes a huge difference. I love the little calendar of activities…it feels like I’m dropping them off at nursery school! So cute

We love Dogtopia. Our two dogs can’t wait to go to daycare. The facility is clean and the staff is attentive and friendly.

My dog, Gus, absolutely loves coming here for daycare and boarding. I’ve boarded him several times for a day or two and recently for an entire week. Every time I pick him up, he’s happily exhausted and comes home as a calmer version of his goofy self.

The staff there obviously treat as if he is their dog, and spoils him rotten.

I like that your entire staff learns every dog by name and makes each feel welcome as they arrive. I also like that they dream up special treats and activities for the animals in their care.
