Consistently friendly staff who make it their business to learn all canine names and associate them with their humans. A constant and creative varying of extras such as treats, dog art, and photos that make the Dogtopia experience fun for all. And scrupulous attention to behavioral changes that might signal illness, with appropriate response immediate, including deep cleaning, if warranted. It adds up to a great experience for owners, removing anxiety and guilt.
Gracie is welcomed like a member of the family every time she arrives! Drop off is easy and pick up never takes much time. Like that she can get a bath between her regular grooming and that she can stay overnight when needed. Staff seems to genuinely love animals too.
The staff is wonderful and attentive. Our dog is treated with great care.
The staff is great, they treat Gus like he is their dog! Everybody is very friendly and Gus absolutely loves it there!!
My fur baby, Roma, loves coming here for doggy daycare. He is well taken care of and is always excited to hop in the car so they must be doing something right! Dogtopia is constantly doing fun pictures and creative dog friendly snacks for our furry friends and the staff all really care about the animals. It is comforting to know that my baby is safe and happy while I’m at work. And if I ever want to check in on him, I use the Dogtopia camera feature in the app to see him playing with his friends! Thank you Dogtopia and especially the staff there. They are all SO nice and friendly.
The staff are amazing and always treat my dog like their own! They plan super fun activities and treat days that I look forward to for my dog. They also know me and my dog before we even walk into the lobby. This is an amazing place to take your dog for daycare or boarding and I could g recommend it more!
