The friendliness and consistency of the staff and how much they adore my dog!

Friendly, clean and knowledgable. My dog is happy yo see the staff when she arrives and seems content when I pick her up. Happy I found this place.

All the staff there are SUPER AMAZING !!!!!!!

I like the ease of being able to drop him off whenever, the meet and greet process, webcams to see how he is doing, and positivity of staff are the best parts. I do have some wonder or worry about how they don’t really go outside. I wonder if he can go outside when boarding to run and go to the bathroom, but it seems they just use the bathroom all day in the room and this may be a lot of chemicals going around, but not sure how it all works in the back. I want to board him, but can see how it would be potentially overwhelming, but perhaps he can get used to it. He is definitely enjoying his time there and the staff have been really awesome! I really like the ease of how everything has gone. Friendly staff. Happy pups. Webcams. Cleanliness all great

Dogtopia at Short Pump is a wonderful place with great employees who are very friendly and take great care of our pup for daycare, boarding and also spa services. Our dog, Riley gets so excited every time we get close to Dogtopia, and she is so happy to get there and see whoever is at the desk, and anyone who comes out to meet her. Thank you for all you do to make Dogtopia Riley’s happy place!

Everything! Loved how the employees knew my fur baby by name even after being there only twice. The staff is always so cheerful and engaging as soon as you walk through the door. The care and attention to my dogs medications and special allergy diet were taken very seriously. Love this place and so does Sampson!!!!!

My dog absolutely love to see the team there. They do a great job whether it’s spa day, boarding or daycare. The fact that Olaf starts barking when we get close to the parking lot building is the best review we could give. He’s very hesitant about going and in fact, can’t wait to see all his canine buddies. His eagerness to go tells me all I ever need to know.

I liked that everyone seemed to get to know my dog. I also liked that they wrote a “report card” on her first day. It was really cute and good to know how she did. I was nervous, but the staff was reassuring and told me they would keep an eye on her. She ended up coming out of her shell really quickly and loving it!
