Not a knock against you guys, but you may love my dog too much. I had her stay over and asked for a brush out and her nails cut and you didn’t because during your multiple attempts Zira cried like you were trying to murder her. (Which by the way she does, she’s freaked out many a groomer). Other than that I love you guys and so does Zira. Have no problem taking her back. You always take good care of her.

The staff were very friendly and gave me feedback on my dog’s day. I like being able to check in on the cameras.
