The staff is extremely courteous and every one of them goes out of their way to be helpful. My dog, Scarlet, loves being there and everyone that works there gives her so much positive attention and love. It is very comforting to know that while I’m away from her, she is getting such great care.
I love how they treat my dog from the time he walks in the door until the time he leaves. Olaf is a Great Pyrenees and not every place appreciates large dogs. But this group treats him just as they would any other dog, and they even have funny little made up names for him. I think the absolute best part of their services is that my dog gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot because he knows where we are going. He never hesitates to go back with the staff and that is the best compliment that could ever be paid.
