I couldn’t be happier with the care Benedict receives here. The staff is attentive, patient, and clearly loves what they do. From the moment we walk in, my pup is greeted like an old friend, and I always leave knowing he’s in safe, capable hands.
The facility is clean, well‑organized, and thoughtfully designed for both play and rest. I appreciate the supervised playgroups and the way the team pays attention to each dog’s personality and comfort level. My dog comes home happy, tired, and confident—exactly what you hope for from a great daycare.
Communication is excellent, too. I always get updates, and the staff is quick to share anything they notice about behavior, appetite, or energy. It feels like a true partnership in caring for my dog. Ethan has taken the time to help Benedict adjust when he first arrived.

My dog was recently diagnosed with Lymphangiectasia and is on high dose steroids so drinking a lot and then of course has to urinate a lot. I had to be in St. Louis for a work conference and started at 7am so I had her travel with me. I have had great experience with Dogtopia in the past when I lived in KC so ai called them in St. Louis. They were so helpful and kind with making reservations and assuring me that she would be fine. They listened to all of my concerns and they did all they could to make my dog comfortable!! Meant so much as we pet parents know. And when I picked her up I was thrilled when they shared she actually played and had a good time. I wasn’t sure if she would feel like it or not. And I love the web cams so you can check in on them.

I liked everything about your services. I loved the people and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog in their care. The facility was clean and well maintained. My dog came back exhausted but in great condition.
