Everything worked like clockwork! Everyone knew their positions, and it seemed y’all helped each other out on working with the dogs.

Little Tim Tam loves going to his school. He loves the staff as do I. He is a little guy and I have full confidence they will keep him safe. Management is consistent (not a rotating door) and willing to listen. I’m so lucky to live near Rock Hill Dogtopia!

Everyone who works there is so kind and seems to genuinely love dogs!

Our Dottie girl loves to go to Dogtopia! She is always greeted by name and goes right up to whoever is working the front for her hugs and kisses. She goes right to the back, ready to play every time. She has been boarded in other places and there is a clear difference in how she feels about going to Dogtopia!

The staff at the entrance are always very friendly. It’s obvious that they love dogs and mine in particular. I never feel like we are unwelcome.

Excellent staff who care about dogs and are very knowledgeable, great onboarding process for the pups, close monitoring in each room, smooth transitions for drop off and pick up, and peace of mind with access to live feed to check on your dog. The whole process made us comfortable with our dogs being away from us!
