Friendly staff and they know my dog
Our dog always has such a good time while he is there. I love that we can watch him on the camera while we are away and check in on him. The only thing that bothers me is that no one is there overnight. It also would be nice if they had the chance to go outside, especially when boarding, but I understand the space doesn’t really allow for that, plus with some breeds better to avoid too warm of weather.
All of the employees seem to know all of the dogs that attend regularly. Their names, habits, quirks. They report any concerns appropriately always leading with “Everything is OK but wanted to mention or let you know…..” in a text. The only thing I would change about Dogtopia is to add an outdoor area for the dogs to do their business.
I was concerned about why my dog was wet and had a sweet/disinfectent smell to him when I picked him up after his first “try it” day care day. I felt like the caregivers kind of brushed off my concerns.
On a positive note: the staff was so very kind and welcoming to me and especially my dog. They made sure he was comfortable as they introduced him to his new playmates and they answered all of my questions before I left him in their care.
Older dogs separated from big lively dogs. People at front desk are very friendly, seem to like dogs a lot and usually remember my dogs name
They clean asap after the dogs .The staff are friendly and it shows they take pride in the jobs.A friends said this one is bettter than some she had been to.The dogs love everyone.My dog starts crying when she hears the turn single so we can pull in the lot at Rock Hill Dogtopia

The theme days, the passport photos, the crafts/gifts for holidays, and the special snacks are all fantastic.
But what we love most about Dogtopia- the staff. We can really tell that our dog loves all of them, too.
