Very friendly and welcoming staff.
They love our dogs and aren’t afraid to show it.
Smaller sized rooms than most places keep it less chaotic.

The app is currently having many issues. We have to email to make sure our appointments are correct even though we requested them in the app because sometimes they don’t show up as approved.
The receipts for weekly transactions should be in the app so we can always see how many days of daycare we have paid for and how we can use them. Plus switch that money to go towards boarding appointments without having to email you guys.
Keep the prices at this current price and please do not increase prices for clients.
More transparency on what the dogs are doing after closing on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons & evenings since the cameras turn off and it’s unclear what the boarding dogs are doing for those many many hours.

I love the attention Bentley receives. He is always so excited on daycare days. I can tell he looks forward to spending the day with his furry friends; he always comes home tired after a day of play.

The representative are really nice ! The space is neat and clean! They hv separate rooms for big and small dogs! U cn see ur dog on the web cams!
