The staff are very attentive to the dogs!
Too much time crated when dropped off before 9 and/or pick up after 4
I would love to see the consistency that other locations offer. Picking up, dropping off, making appointments, and information given has been spotty at RH.
It was Filipa’s 1st time at daycare and she real had a good time. Great people. Clean facilities. Wonderful with the dogs.
We would love if there was an outdoor space for the dogs to play outside during nice weather. Our dog loves swimming and laying outside in the sunshine in the summer so it’s difficult to send her to a daycare with no outdoor space.
We do love the cameras and all of the staff was super nice.

The personal always been friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and can watch my dog play on camera.
They’re very efficient at drop-off and pick-up, even at rush times. My dogs stay really active during the day and really benefit from the mandatory rest breaks. They consistently come home tired and calm.
