My comments are more “nice to haves” and not necessarily “must haves”, but I figured I would share my thoughts. It would be great to have better viewing of the webcam of the room that Chase was in. I don’t recall the name, but the room is narrow and the angle of the webcam is cut off by a wall. Often times you cannot see all of the room or there is a closet or cabinet that the person in the room has opened and you cannot see when that is open. It would also be nice to zoom in but again, not a must.
We believe that our pups, Lucy and Ethel, are well cared for when they visit Dogtopia. They come home tired but relaxed.

We are so thrilled with all of the services you provide! Romeo has stayed overnight a couple of times and has done well. He has had baths or as we call it a spa treatment!!
