It would be easier to list the things I don’t like, which is nothing! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and they treat me and my dog with respect.

My dog LOVES going to Dogtopia and I really appreciate the level of comfort I feel thanks to the staff’s great attitudes.
We recently were out of town for a week – the longest I have been apart from my dog – and out flight was delayed so wouldn’t get there until after close. I called to see if we could possibly pick her up 30 minutes after close and Haley & Iona were wonderful & understanding. They let us pick her up 30 minutes late which we appreciated tremendously.
I have not come across a single staff member that hasn’t been a positive experience.

My dog absolutely loves going. She is well cared for and has a great time. I love all the different events they offer. I also like being able to check on her occasionally via the cameras. She is always having a blast and really loves seeing all her doggie friends.

I like the way that we are greeted when we bring our dog in for day care. The staff is very friendly and professional. The way that the play rooms are kept clean is admirable. Staff with a mop are always readily available.

Isla starts whining with excitement the minute we hit the parking lot. She has so much fun and it is obvious that she gets a lot of attention. The staff is absolutely amazing and so kind, so happy we found Dogtopia!

I truly love how compassionate and loving everybody is. Taylor goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect for my dog and check in on him when he was in the hospital.
