All the employees there are so friendly. My dog goes right with them when we drop her off with no hesitation and she is super happy when we pick her up. She seems to be very well taken care of when she’s there.

I boarded my dog Baxter at the Nimbus location recently. When I picked him up I noticed that he had a puncture wound on the side of his left rib cage. I didn’t notice it until I got home but a couple days later it became infected and swollen. He’s okay now and the swelling is gone but it would have been nice to know that another dog either bit him or clawed him. I know things happen but a phone call would have been nice.
