Dogtopia is wonderful. Our 10 month old pup absolutely loves going these and spending the day romping around with a lot of other dogs of his same temperament. They are great in assessing the personalities of the dogs that come to Dogtopia and have 3 different play areas for them. We feel totally comfortable that are pup is in a safe and clean environment with loving and attentive handlers that supervise the room. And the webcams allow us to check on him during the day if we so desire. Providing a 2-hour kennel nap time in the middle of the day is perfect for the wellbeing of our pup. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dogtopia! I also want to mention how friendly and welcoming the manager and frontline staff are. Dogtopia is just great all around.

Convenience and friendly staff
The staff were very pleasant and seemed to want to be there, which is refreshing! I like that there is an evaluation process and that there is at least one person in the room supervising the pups. I really like that there is an enforced break time mid-day for them to just relax.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. I appreciate the video feed, but wish that it was also streaming on Sundays since we usually have our dog boarding over the weekend.

The process of interviewing each dog, making sure that the dog will be comfortable and ready to be part of this type of environment is great. They have a protocol of health and safety for the dogs. Vaccination updates and reminders are sent on a timely basis. I love that they give us report cards, comments and feedback on how your fur-baby is doing. The video Webcam is a plus and addicting to watch all the pups, especially yours at play!
