When I need to go out of town, I feel very comfortable leaving Sam with caretakers who will see to his well being as I would.
Dogtopia provides flexible scheduling and last-minute adjustments to a reservation without penalty. They also pay attention to pet’s needs and how best to board them, which I really appreciate.
Staff loves animals
I like the location and the ease of drop off/pick up. The staff is very welcoming and know my dog by name. It feels very personal.

My comments are more “nice to haves” and not necessarily “must haves”, but I figured I would share my thoughts. It would be great to have better viewing of the webcam of the room that Chase was in. I don’t recall the name, but the room is narrow and the angle of the webcam is cut off by a wall. Often times you cannot see all of the room or there is a closet or cabinet that the person in the room has opened and you cannot see when that is open. It would also be nice to zoom in but again, not a must.
We believe that our pups, Lucy and Ethel, are well cared for when they visit Dogtopia. They come home tired but relaxed.
