Timeliness of responses, friendly staff.

We have been taking our dog (Maura) to Dogtopia for the past three months, and we have had a really great experience.

What stands out most is the staff. Everyone on the team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly a genuine dog person. That is always reassuring when you are leaving your dog in someone else’s care.

The location is also very convenient. It is right off Almaden Expressway, but just a couple of blocks into a quiet neighborhood, so it does not feel busy or noisy. Parking is easy, and the facility itself has a nice, calm feel and has never seemed overly crowded.

We recently left our dog with them for a two-week stay, and she seemed very happy and well cared for. One feature we especially appreciate is the cameras, which allow you to check in and see your dog while you are away. It gave us a lot of peace of mind during the longer stay.

Overall, we have been very happy with Dogtopia and, especially, the people who work there. It is clear that they genuinely enjoy being around dogs and care about the animals they look after. Highly recommended!

We had such a great first experience with Dogtopia, and especially with Haley! She kept me updated throughout Leo’s first day and communicated with us when he was having a little difficulty socializing with the smaller dogs. They were kind enough to listen to my suggestion and try him with the bigger dogs, and he did SO much better!

Leo is still only 5½ months old and is learning his manners, so we know he has a lot of growing and learning to do. We really appreciate the patience, communication, and willingness to work with him as he learns. We’re very happy with Dogtopia so far and are looking forward to seeing Leo continue to grow and enjoy his future visits! 🐾💙

Exceptional customer service! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate our needs. Machi and Ziggy absolutely love coming here. Highly recommended to any dog parent!
