Everyone is friendly and my dog seems to be okay with being left

When I am away on vacation or travel, I know they are safe and being taken care of by qualified techs.

Love that my dog wants to go to Dogtopia, they can give her a bath amd do her nails while she is there, she gets social time w other dogs

The exact details of how boarding and daycare work was very well explained by the person at the front desk. Everything seems very well organized.

My dog Frankie is always excited to go to dogtopia! I feel good dropping her off because I know she is in good hands. I think they love her almost as much as I do!

The staff are always so welcoming, and they have gotten to know our dog, Angus. Dogtopia itself is always spotlessly clean and smells nice, for having all of these dogs coming through.

From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable. The manager, Julie, gave us a warm greeting. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell the employees care a lot about the dogs. The facility is clean and they do a great job assessing the needs of the dog and where they would be best suited (big dog room or small dog room). My shy little dog was a little nervous but he warmed up during the meet and greet. He seemed happy to be there. I enjoyed watching him on the webcam. I look forward to bringing him back to have fun and make friends in a safe and loving environment.

Dogtopia is the best! Our Ricky gets super excited every time we get to the parking lot. He is greeted by name and with enthusiasm every time he visits. And, he comes home happy and exhausted from so much fun. We feel 100% comfortable leaving our best friend at Dogtopia.

Staff is amazing! I boarded my dog a few times and drop off was very easy. The staff read all the notes that were written on my dog’s profile. They remembered him the second time. Reservation through the app was also seamless.

When I was initially looking for boarding, I did a trial session at different dog facility. The other boarding facility told me that my dog wasn’t a good fit because he tried to bite another dog. I was afraid that would be the case with Dogtopia of San Jose but the staff said my dog did great. They understand dogs and know how to avoid unwanted behavior and fights.
