Staff is amazing! I boarded my dog a few times and drop off was very easy. The staff read all the notes that were written on my dog’s profile. They remembered him the second time. Reservation through the app was also seamless.

When I was initially looking for boarding, I did a trial session at different dog facility. The other boarding facility told me that my dog wasn’t a good fit because he tried to bite another dog. I was afraid that would be the case with Dogtopia of San Jose but the staff said my dog did great. They understand dogs and know how to avoid unwanted behavior and fights.

The staff and Peter have always so pleasant. Plus the site is just big enough. I feel like my dog gets enough attention

They employees at Dogtopia are always so nice and accommodating. They facility is clean, organized, and never smells. Best of all, our dogs just love it there! Even at it’s busiest time, the dogs and staff look like they are having fun. I know our pups are in good hands each time we leave them at Dogtopia. I highly recommend to all of my friends and anyone who will listen.
