Great staff and fantastic service!

I love just about everything! The extremely attentive and effective staff. Clean environment, one-stop for daycare and spar treatments (nails and baths) and the convenient location. Plus my pooch absolutely loves the K-9 coaches, playing with the other dogs, and especially the bubbles!!!

One of my favorites is the great work done by the Dogtopia Foundation to rescue and train service dogs to help vets in need. Also the photos from the special events gives me the giggles repeatedly.

Thanks Dogtopia San Jose (Peter and the whole crew) for making our lives so much better!

I liked the fact that you have a list of which dogs don’t get along so you can keep them separate. Also the list of dogs that won’t poop indoors, this way you know which dogs you need to take outside to poop. I also noticed how happy the dogs that were being dropped off were. They were so happy to be there. I could tell the dogs are being well taken care of.

Everything! You have an A+ staff, everyone is super polite and helpful, I love being able to check in on my pups with the webcam, etc., etc., etc.

Fabulous customer service, first name basis, they often greet me at the car, exceptional experience. They always have room for my dog and I trust the staff. The webcam is amazing. Love the app. Love that I can add on a spa service if the dog needs a bath or nail trim, etc. LOVE Dogtopia San Jose!!
