I know Bexar is in a kind and caring environment. He is a happy dog when he comes home. I like the various enrichment activities offered. Alina is Bexar’s canine coach and I appreciate the bond she has formed with Bexar. The front desk staff is always welcoming during drop-off and pick-up. Jay does a great job as General Manager and interactions with him are always pleasant and professional.

They are awesome with the dogs. They make sure they have fun and actually do art projects with them.

The environment and cleanliness of the location.. staff is very professional..

I like that my pup has an indoor, safe, space to play and connect with other pups and people. She loves her time at Dogtopia and is sad on the days she doesn’t attend. The staff is welcoming and loving.

Most of the staff is super friendly and you can tell they love our pets. When we pick them up and other pet parents are there it is refreshing to hear that everyone’s experience is about the same. Consistency is key!

The staff members, the cleanliness of the facility, and the satisfaction of my dog at the end of a daycare day. She is socialized, well behaved, and overall very happy.

Friendly staff flexibility

I like that when I pick up or drop off my dogs they are always excited and wagging their tails to be at dogtopia. Most staff is friendly some not as much. I did over hear someone screaming at dog or dogs when I picked up my dogs a couple weeks ago but I am not sure who was yelling I only hope that it wasn’t my dogs as I wouldnt want them treated that way. Also when I pick up my dogs in evening the lights are always out which I don’t think is helpful in case someone walks in and trips or falls such as I myself as I cant see that well at night or dark and if you do not close until 7pm why are the lights to front desk area off?

My boy Milo has been attending daycare at DogTopia NW since he was a puppy ( he will be 3 in May) and he absolutely loves it!
He looks forward to hanging out with his coaches and furry besties and comes home tired and happy 🙂
He has stayed with them when I’ve gone out of town and he has been well taken care of…. I trust them completely.

They are different and engaging for my dog. He is always eager to go as soon as I say “day care?’ I really enjoy the videos/photos the staff sahre with me about my boy’s expereince.
