The staff is incredibly friendly and my dog LOVES it here!! She has major separation anxiety and this is the one place that she forgets about her dad!!

The staff are fantastic. Marc, the regional sales manager was extremely helpful setting up the appointment. On the day of the appointment he spent a lot of time discussing the process and answering all of my questions. The customer service representative at the front desk was great, she also answered a lot of my questions as well and she was extremely professional and patient with all dog owners as they dropped their dogs off despite all the chaos. The dog care personnel were also great they took great care of my dog throughout the whole process and provided feedback on my dog’s visit. I have already recommended Dogtopia to another pet owner that I met at the pet store.

The staff are very friendly and love dogs. They are knowledgeable about dogs and conscious of safety.

Like everything, most vets are telling me not to get my dog neutered until 18 months old. Do that leaves me 9 more months of wait

I love that my baby, Marla, is so well taken care of! I trust Dogtopia to provide an enrichment experience and ware her out! Marla comes home happy everyday and promptly proceeds to nap really hard! She gets so excited when we pull up to Dogtopia and it’s a testament of how much fun she has there. Many of the dogtopia staff have sent home personalized pictures of Marla, informed me of how she’s doing, and make a consistent effort to chat when I pick her up!

Friendly staff and services such as on premise bathes and nail trimming. Also, having an indoor facility in the TX heat is comforting to know my dogs won’t overheat

I love how much they love my dog. I have such great peace of mind when I leave him at daycare. Highly recommend!
